Aquaplex staff are the friendliest and playful kid friendly people. Their swim lessons are fun and teach the kids to swim. I love seeing how much better my kids swim after coming to these lessons. I love that the lessons are affordable compared to other places in town, if only they offered lessons year round! Only thing is the cabanas and showers could be cleaned better or more often through out the day but overall experience at the aquaplex is always pleasant

On multiple occasions I have been spoken to like I am dumb when entering the aquaplex. I have a 5 year old and we can only do about 30/40 minutes in the pool before she gets too cold because it is not heated and the indoor area is rather cold. As a result we usually show up about 30/45 minutes before toddler swim closes for the day to get the most of our experience and have an easy exit as toddlers especially mine can be hard with transitions if itβs me making that decision versus the pool closing and us needing to leave. We have been doing this for the last three weeks and some change from Monday until Saturday when toddler open swim is available. Multiple times when I have come in I am greeted with βopen swim isnβt until 12:45β in a rude and demeaning tone. I work in customer service as a bartender you can be nice to people and tell them things without a tone. Today when we came in once again the staff was rude to us. Telling me I needed to look on the website and asking why I didnβt. There was no signs advertising in the last three weeks that toddler swim would be transitioning times in June so as a result we showed up at our regular time today because yesterday we were out of t

While traveling from Phoenix to Flagstaff, I stopped at Aquaplex to take a shower and was extremely pleased with my experience. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable, welcoming environment. I would especially like to recognize Megg for her outstanding customer service. She was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist made a great impression. The shower facilities were excellentβthe water was hot, everything was clean, and I was able to relax without being disturbed. After a long day of traveling, it was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Aquaplex to anyone looking for a clean facility, quality amenities, and exceptional customer service. Thank you to Megg and the entire staff for making my visit such a positive experience.

Love it! Pool was warm. Shower is nice. Need more plug outlets in lobby, but anyone can sit there without a membership. Staff are kind and helpful.
